We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to our enterprise customers across ANZ.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deploy and configure security products for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.">
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure fast adoption and strong return on investment (ROI) for our customers.">
  • Troubleshoot complex network and firewall environments, solving problems before they escalate and impacting business operations.">
  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, support, engineering, and delivery to ensure effective communication and project execution.">
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a true partner in their success and driving long-term value through our solutions.">

What We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a software or services company.">
  • Hands-on experience with networking gear, including switches, routers, virtual routing, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).">
  • In-depth knowledge of firewalls, including Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper.">
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, especially around cloud security.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.">

If you have experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PERL, or have worked in fast-paced, remote-first environments, you will be at an advantage in this role.
