Service Excellence Leader

A new leadership opportunity has arisen to drive customer service excellence in our Epping-based team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, leading customer service and sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead the allocation of sales enquiries and manage staff resources to ensure efficient workload coverage.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, pricing estimates, and customer proposals.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures.
