We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Richmond Service Center as a Service Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver exceptional results, drive continuous improvements, and foster a positive work environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an impeccable service experience to every Tesla customer
  • Preparing our Service teams to meet the needs of our customers and beyond

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience leading teams and managing diverse roles and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills

You will also be expected to:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of all Tesla products and services
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean techniques and process improvement
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset and exceed expectations

As a Service Manager, you will be the leader of your team and the face of our brand. You must be able to inspire, motivate, and empower your team members to achieve their best.
