Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Guest Relations & Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless and memorable luxury brand experiences through exceptional service standards.
  • Maintain an immaculate front-of-house environment that reflects the Aston Martin and McLaren brands.
  • Manage social media accounts, curating content that aligns with each brand's tone and prestige.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives across both brands.
  • Monitor digital engagement and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events for both Aston Martin and McLaren.
  • Liaise with event partners, suppliers, and venues to deliver premium brand experiences across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to delight customers with superior and professional service standards.
  • Strong customer service and/or front-of-house experience, preferably within luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Marketing and social media management experience, with an eye for premium branding.
  • Exceptional communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with composure.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
  • Current driver's license is required.
