Therapeutic franchise heads play a pivotal role in spearheading operational strategies for clinical trials. As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive business growth, foster partnerships, and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, driving innovation and excellence across various therapeutic areas. Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing effective delivery strategies and solutions for assigned projects, addressing specific customer needs and challenges.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new business proposals and award-winning projects.
  • Guiding project leads through comprehensive handovers, ensuring seamless execution of awarded projects.
  • Acting as an escalation point and governance contact for awarded projects within the therapeutic area.
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years global clinical research experience, including proven track records in hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development experience.
  • Expert experience in one or more operational areas, with the ability to understand and implement projects within assigned expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including a good command of the English language.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and lead virtual teams in matrix organizations.
