Job Title

As a seasoned Clinical Research Professional, you will be responsible for leading our global therapeutic franchise. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in a highly dynamic industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical trial methodologies, drug development processes, and business acumen. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, they will excel in developing effective delivery strategies and solutions for our clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and other stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

About You
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research or drug development, with a focus on operational project delivery.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and team management.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, negotiation, and influencing skills.
