An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to lead and manage multiple Out of Home Care (OOHC) programs across three key regions: Northern Sydney, Western/Inner West Sydney, and Southern/Eastern Sydney.
This role involves overseeing the delivery of trauma-informed, person-centered services, ensuring compliance with all legislative and contractual requirements, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Oversee all aspects of OOHC programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, compliance with funding and accreditation requirements, and effective management of critical incidents.
- Operational Leadership: Manage program operations, including budget oversight, property and asset management, and risk mitigation for both young people and employees.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, including supervision, coaching, and professional development, to foster a positive and engaged workforce.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization at peak body meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, community partners, and accreditation agencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Senior management experience in the Specialist Homelessness Service System and/or Out of Home Care.
- A strong understanding of trauma and its impact on young people.
- A proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- A current NSW Working with Children's Check, willingness to undergo a Police Check, and a valid NSW driver's license.
