Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to join our team as Head of Revenue Management. Based in our North Sydney office, this is a pivotal leadership opportunity.

This high-impact role involves guiding revenue performance across a national business portfolio, shaping strategy and driving commercial alignment across multiple streams.

You will oversee frameworks that support informed decision-making and performance tracking across key commercial levers.

Reporting to the Group Executive – Intermodal, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Strategy, Finance, Planning and Operations to lead a connected, insight-driven approach to revenue management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial frameworks and performance levers
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data tools to support commercial decisions
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to work cross-functionally at senior levels
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA or postgrad highly regarded)
