Infrastructure Commercial Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Infrastructure Commercial team.
This role will report to the Executive General Manager (EGM) Infrastructure and support the national Infrastructure business unit in achieving its strategic commercial objectives.
The Opportunity:
- We are looking for someone with a strong track record of developing and implementing sustainable commercial strategies.
- This role requires leadership and development of a high-performing team, ensuring the commerciality of all projects and the ongoing sustainability of its portfolio.
- Undertaking high-level contract and tender reviews, providing authoritative advice on commercial opportunities and risks associated.
About You:
- To be successful in this role, you must possess tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, Accounting or Quantity Surveying.
- Demonstrated experience managing large portfolios and teams in similar Senior Commercial roles, gained on construction, engineering or associated industries.
- Expert skills in procedures for project contract administration, general business administration and project management.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of driving team output, developing/mentoring aspiring commercial leaders.
- Skills in quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and development of risk controls and actions involved in delivery and implementation of projects.
