Key Responsibilities

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Workplace Relations and Safety Specialist to join a well-established and growing team. The role will involve leading key matters within the national Workplace Relations practice, providing expert advice and representation to clients across various industries on complex employment, industrial relations, and OH&S matters.

Duties
  • Developing and drafting employment agreements and contracts, enterprise bargaining and contractor agreements
  • Providing strategic advice on discrimination, harassment, bullying, and employee entitlements
  • Delivering workplace relations solutions and advice
  • Managing employment-related disputes and post-employment restraints
  • Leading client workshops on general OH&S matters
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in workplace relations/employment law
  • A background in a reputable employment law practice, ideally within a mid or top-tier firm
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Genuine passion for advancing your career in employment law within a leading national practice
