Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the friendly voice that customers trust for answers. Whether it is a question about a loan application, account management, or financial products, you will be the go-to expert guiding them through their experience.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, account management, and product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding company policies every step of the way.
  • Stay up to date with our products and services to provide customers with the best recommendations and insights.
  • Work with a team of passionate professionals across departments, creating seamless communication and delivering top-notch service.
  • Keep clear, detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system, ensuring everything is in order.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer service role within banking/finance environment is essential.
  • Experience in asset finance would be a real bonus in this position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information clearly.
  • A team player who's always ready to collaborate and share knowledge.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to find solutions and act quickly.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experience.
