We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Support Professional to join our team in Sydney.
The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a Permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in equity markets, either from operations, Client Services or similar Desk Assistant / Adviser Assistant / Dealer assistant experience.
You will be responsible for assisting the advisors in the development, preparation and implementation of financial advice and investment proposals in an efficient and accurate manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an up to date working knowledge of current relevant legislation and industry standards.
Additionally, you will provide superior client service that builds strong client relationships by responding quickly and appropriately to client requests.
- Assist the advisors with servicing and maintenance of existing client relationships;
- Provide clients and third parties (eg accountants or super fund administrators) with reports for investments when required;
- Covering duties for other Team Assistants when they are on leave;
You will work closely with the Investment/Financial Advisory team to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the business.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree qualified within a Banking related discipline;
- RG 146 qualification (ideally);
