About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Allied Health team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and operation of our outpatient services.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our clinical staff, responding to patient inquiries, and enhancing the overall patient experience. You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor new and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

If you have a knack for effective communication, a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles, and a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes, we encourage you to apply.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles in a clinical environment.
