About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our residential building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate resources effectively to ensure timely construction of homes.
- Maintain strict adherence to contractual arrangements and approved drawings.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee exceptional standards of quality workmanship.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within allocated parameters.
- Promote a culture of safety, adhering to company processes and systems.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and relevant authorities to provide outstanding customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management.
- No less than 5 years' experience in the Residential Project Home Industry.
- Exceptional project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Substantial knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to residential home building.
- The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take necessary actions.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
