We are seeking a motivated and experienced AM Operations Supervisor to join our high-performing team at Banksmeadow.
In this key leadership role, you'll oversee critical early-morning operations, ensuring that our freight flows smoothly, safely, and on time-every time.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead from the front, influence operational excellence, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a frontline team of dockhands and forklift operators in a fast-paced environment Ensure safety is the #1 priority through active leadership, toolbox talks, and daily assessments Drive performance by managing labor, scheduling, and ensuring daily KPIs are met Champion best practices in freight handling, scanning accuracy, and compliance Collaborate with key stakeholders including linehaul, PUD, and customer service teams Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across your shift Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operational discipline Manage pre-starts, absenteeism, and payroll approvals in line with business processes About You You're a confident leader with a passion for operations and a proven ability to get the best out of your team.
You thrive in early starts and love being hands-on, proactive, and solutions focused.
