About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our team at TOPdesk. As a key member of our Customer Happiness team, you will be responsible for implementing our service management software for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement service management software for customers
  • Closely collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor the implementation to meet their requirements
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Lead projects and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Graduating in 2023 or up to 3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Relevant tertiary education
  • Tech-savvy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Motivated by challenges and eager to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team
