About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a team of professional services consultants and project managers responsible for the successful implementation of our suite of workforce management and Risk and Compliance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of the suite products.
  • Responsible for managing the change journey alongside the customer.
  • Accurately take requirements relating to the setup and configuration of the required products.
  • Configure the products in line with best practices and methodology.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations as required.
  • Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Consulting Manager, maintain and update project reporting documentation.
  • Plan and manage user level requirements workshops – capturing the business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the Implementation Objectives.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience within the health sector (Acute or Aged Care).
  • Experience as an implementation consultant in workforce management.
  • A technology background is desirable with experience gained in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role.
  • Experience desirable as a rostering practitioner, gained preferably in a health (Acute or aged care) environment.
  • Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading and meeting documentation).
  • Experience in delivering product training, both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • Experience in writing user requirements and specification for development.
