Compassionate Home Care Nursing Position Available

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with experience working with clients who have chronic and complex health needs. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work autonomously to prioritize tasks and complete documentation to a high standard.
As a District Nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services to clients in their homes. This will involve conducting thorough clinical assessments, developing care plans, and providing a range of nursing services including medication management, wound care, and cognitive assessments.

- Unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Availability to work in the Mornington Peninsula area
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills
