Compassionate Nurse for In-Home Care

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position for a Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to clients across various locations in Victoria.

The successful candidate will be caring, dedicated and passionate about supporting older adults to live life to the fullest. They will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities and a willingness to travel throughout their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and medication administering.
  • Supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing through Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care services.
  • Work remotely throughout assigned areas.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (must-have).
  • Minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care.
  • Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous/current roles.
  • Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
  • Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.
