Job Description

As a Home Care Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

You will work closely with our Care Designers (Registered Nurses) to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium care experiences to clients that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct regular Nursing Assessments

Requirements:

  • A passion for making a difference in people's lives
  • Self-led leadership skills with the ability to take responsibility for own behavior and success
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow
  • AHPRA registration
  • Registered or enrolled nurse qualification
  • CPR and first aid certification
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • National police check (aged care/vulnerable persons sector)
  • Working with children check
  • NDIS worker screening approval
  • NDIS worker orientation module completion
