Corporate Secretarial Administrator

Engage Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers, including registers of directors and shareholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate legislation and regulations, including filing annual returns and other statutory documents.
  • Prepare and manage company secretarial documentation, including resolutions, company policies, and corporate filings.
  • Support the preparation of annual reports and other corporate communications.
  • Conduct ASIC searches for accountants and manage the process via XPM.
  • Manage and update processes via XPM, including ABN/TFN/GST applications.
  • Client onboarding and client set-ups, including ATO portal, XPM, and CAS360.
  • Database upkeep and maintenance, including invoicing.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have experience working in a similar corporate secretarial role, possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be highly motivated. Proficiency in using Now Infinity, BGL CAS360, Xero/XPM, FYI Docs, and Fusesign is essential.
