As a Senior Sales Leader, you will spearhead our sales team to achieve exceptional results. With a passion for retail excellence and a talent for mentoring, you will oversee consultants to ensure they meet targets and deliver outstanding performance.

You will collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager to manage staff, conduct tasks such as rostering and performance management, and provide training and coaching to the Design/Sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our product range
  • Maintaining showroom presentation to meet the highest standards
  • Managing daily showroom administrative tasks and ensuring data accuracy
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and achieving positive resolutions

Requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Manager or 2IC in a furniture environment
  • High level of organisation and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with sales CRM systems and managing monthly rosters for a large team
  • Ability to build rapport with high-end customers and educate others to close sales
  • True passion for high-end/designer brands
