Job DescriptionCompany Overview: As a key member of our People and Development team, the Strategic Talent Management Specialist will play a critical role in driving the delivery of effective people strategy and operations across the partner and employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice on employee relations, remuneration, benefits, change management, performance and talent management, learning and organisational development, recruitment and workforce planning, culture and engagement, project work, coaching and mentoring, diversity championing, mental health awareness, and business excellence and leadership development programs.
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, experience working within the legal profession or in professional services (advantageous although not essential), and a deep understanding of the Australian employment market.
