Overview

As a pivotal member of the Operational Risk division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our risk management framework through various non-financial risk transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on projects related to risk and control self-assessment, process oversight, integrated assurance, governance of material risk types, and the improvement of associated systems.

Your Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement across various business units and support functions.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure the successful implementation of new frameworks and initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancement that will shape the design of our risk management frameworks.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to address anticipated and emerging challenges.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in Risk Management within a financial services environment or a professional services firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and constructive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively.

This includes divisions such as Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
