We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who can take ownership of managing and maintaining our eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. As an expert in administration tasks, you will oversee the setup and maintenance of stores within our platform, resolving any issues that may arise and providing top-notch support for retailer order processing and fulfillment.

In this role, you will work closely with our Retail Technology team to collaborate on upcoming store builds and activation timelines. Your strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively within a small team will be invaluable assets to our organization.

To succeed in this position, you will require a solid background in processing administrative tasks and meeting targets. Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, is essential. Some knowledge of liquor products would be beneficial but not necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of stores within our platform, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional support for retailer order processing and fulfillment, monitoring order fulfillment via third-party delivery providers.
  • Collaborate with our Retail Technology team on upcoming store builds and activation timelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
