We're seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to join us for 14 months as a parental leave cover to lead the online evolution of CUE and Veronika Maine – two iconic Australian brands synonymous with exceptional design, masterful tailoring, and contemporary Australian fashion excellence.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you'll own the eCommerce P&L across both premium brands, drive sophisticated digital marketing strategies, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results that match our exacting standards.

About the role

Strategic Leadership

  • Drive ambitious eCommerce growth strategies and deliver online revenue targets for both CUE and Veronika Maine
  • Own the complete digital customer journey from discovery to conversion to retention
  • Lead campaign planning aligned with seasonal fashion calendars and new collection launches
  • Manage multi-brand online merchandising strategies that reflect each brand's distinct positioning
  • Optimise product presentation, styling content, and size guides to enhance customer confidence and reduce returns
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Digital Director and buying teams to maximise new arrival performance and full-price sell-through rates
  • Execute seasonal transitions, sale periods, and collection launches with precision
  • Lead a high-calibre team and manage agency partners (SEO, SEM, affiliates, creative, development)
  • Oversee relationships with key marketplace partners
  • Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams
  • Manage Shopify Plus platforms and GA4 analytics
  • Oversee sophisticated content strategies, onsite merchandising, targeted eDM campaigns, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Drive mobile-first experiences that reflect our brands' premium positioning

About you

  • 5+ years in senior eCommerce or digital marketing roles
  • Proven experience driving growth on Shopify Plus (fashion/beauty preferred)
  • Strong leadership, team development, and agency management skills
  • Commercial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Passion for premium fashion and knowledge of retail cycles
