Senior Ecommerce Manager

This is a senior role that requires proactive leadership in driving online sales, customer journey management and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, manage CRM and lifecycle marketing, lead campaigns and contribute to community engagement.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product rollouts and content updates while optimising overall e-commerce performance.
- Manage the annual e-commerce calendar across seasonal campaigns, markdowns and sales events.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensure timely product uploads and promotional offers aligned to the marketing calendar.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing with significant CRM ownership.
- Deep expertise with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo including advanced segmentation, flow automation and reporting.
- Proven track record improving retention metrics such as repeat rate, LTV, purchase frequency and churn reduction.
- Hands-on paid media experience across Meta and Google including PMAX, Shopping, Search and remarketing.
