Very exciting opportunity to join a market leading, international Beauty & Skincare business, to drive online trading and digital activity, as their new eCommerce Manager.

**The Role**:
Lead Digital & eCommerce trading activity, across a number of direct platforms to drive online growth, brand presence and performance, for both D2C and marketplace channels.
You will be both creative & data-driven, as well as a great people-person and able to work in a very collaborative team, cross-functionally across the business.

**Essential Skills**:

- Extensive experience of trading eCommerce platforms and driving online performance
- A background in Beauty, Skincare or FMCG industries would be very highly regarded
- Wider eCommerce trading knowledge across marketplace channels, such as Amazon, would be super advantageous
- Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end platform operations and managing a major CMS
- A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong commercial accumen and the ability to deliver solid online growth
- A genuine passion for the Beauty industry and an interest in product innovation
