Job Summary

The Organisation's Workplace Wellbeing Specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that promotes the overall wellbeing of our team members. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Mental Health, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Nursing.

About the Role

  • You will be instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives, programs, and training to enhance staff wellbeing.
  • Working under the guidance of the Workplace Wellbeing Manager, you'll collaborate with a close-knit team comprising Nursing and Allied Health professionals.

About You

  • You excel in delivering wellbeing activities tailored for healthcare staff in diverse settings.
  • Collaborating with managers and senior staff excites you, especially when it comes to innovating new wellbeing initiatives and projects.
  • You have high-level expertise in handling workplace-related stress, including Psychological First Aid.
  • Facilitating engaging group discussions and delivering impactful training sessions is second nature to you.
  • You are adept at providing critical incident response following critical incidents or cumulative stress situations.
  • Conducting thorough research and delivering insightful reports is something you do effortlessly.
  • Your ability to demonstrate flexibility and effective time management shines in a large organisational setting.
