Administrative Support Officer

The Royal Women's Hospital is a specialist hospital dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of newborns and women.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our People, Culture & Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and case management to ensure that all new employees transition to the organisation in a smooth and streamlined manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support and case management to ensure a seamless employee onboarding process.
  • Processing adverts, administering contracts, and ensuring onboarding requirements are completed.
  • Setting up new employees in the HRIS system (Chris21).
  • Assisting managers with variations to current employee contracts and ceasing employment requests.
  • Assisting with the preparation and completion of workforce and audit reports.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and a basic understanding of industrial agreements/awards and contracts.
  • Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience working in a role with a high volume of enquiries, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
