At RSL LifeCare, our Residential Care teams have the ability to make a big difference to the lives of veterans and seniors while they receive quality and compassionate care in our aged care homes.

We provide care and services to veterans and seniors who live in our communities or who are receiving support at home.

  • You will work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care
  • You will provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans
  • You will encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interests
  • You will embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
  • You will participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
  • You will build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents
