Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health, community/human services, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in co-developing person-centred support plans that prioritize client well-being and aspirations.
  • Advocacy skills to enhance client access to programs and inspire community participation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and First Nations communities.
