Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health, community/human services, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of the broader determinants of health, including social, economic, and environmental factors.
- Proven experience in co-developing person-centred support plans that prioritize client well-being and aspirations.
- Advocacy skills to enhance client access to programs and inspire community participation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and First Nations communities.
