Multiple positions are available.
Ideally, you will have a wide range of availability - morning, evening and weekends.You will enjoy working independently and autonomously, but you will also thrive off being part of a connected team.You will love our communication and our Nurse Led Management Team.
You will also love our 24/7 Care Services Centre who are also there to help you at any time of day or night

Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.Reliable way to get to and from the clients homes.Mandatory RequirementsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationMinimum Cert III in eitherAged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experienceCurrent Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain before commencing)NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion (or willing to obtain before commencing)NDIS Worker Screener Clearance (or willing to obtain before commencing)NSW Driver's License (P1/P2 accepted) and reliable carYou must be willing to undertake and complete our mandatory internal e-learning and competency programs prior to commencement in the timeframe allocated to you.You must be confident in detecting and reporting any concerns to your Care Designer (Clinical Manager).
