The Role

We're seekingDisability Support Workerswho are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provideintimate personal care(toileting, showering, feeding, dressing)
  • Support customers in theirhomes and communities
  • Coachindependent living skills(e.g. cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement)
  • Administermedicationand follow support plans
  • Facilitatecommunity accessand recreational activities
  • Assist withdiabetes managementandPEG feeding(training provided if required at this site)

Shifts & Flexibility:

  • 24/7 rosterincluding mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, andinactive sleepovers
  • Flexibility is key – we're looking for team players who can adapt to changing needs

What You'll Need:

  • Full Driver's licenceandfull comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance(or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are highly regarded
