We are seeking experienced, caring, dedicated, and reliable casual Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs. Your work will be vital in helping our participants achieve their goals, maintain their health, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
About Us:At Little Hearts Nursing and Ability Care, we are passionate about supporting children with a range of needs, from developmental delays to complex medical conditions. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, high-quality care that empowers families and helps young people thrive.
We work closely with children and their families to provide personalised, in-home and community-based care across the Riverina.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centered care to children and young people with varying support needs
Assist with personal care, feeding, medication, and mobility as required
Support participants with developmental goals and daily routines
Provide social and community access support
Assist with the use of assistive technology and equipment
Work collaboratively with families and other health professionals
Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation
Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding procedures

Qualifications and/or experience in nursing, childcare, disability, or similar care roles (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable availability

Successful candidates must obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check
Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current First Aid and CPR certificates are required (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
