About the Role

As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll bring warmth, creativity, and passion to our front desk, delivering an experience that's gracious from check-in to farewell and building lasting guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through check-in and check-out with seamless hospitality.
  • Go beyond service to understand our guests' needs, ensuring each stay is comfortable, memorable, and uniquely tailored.
  • Lead the daily flow of the front desk, creating a smooth and welcoming environment that embodies our property.
  • Be confident and proficient with all front and back-office equipment, systems, and programs.
  • Respond to guests' emails, calls, and inquiries warmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations and add a personal touch.
  • Be well versed in WHS policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  • Step in to assist other departments when possible.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting with a dedication to exceptional hospitality.
  • You are driven by a passion to exceed guest expectations; you naturally look for ways to enhance each guest's experience.
  • You bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, connecting easily with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexible, reliable, and solution-focused; you bring positivity to any team and handle challenges gracefully.
  • With a polished appearance and a warm smile, you represent the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
  • A strong working knowledge of a Property Management System, preferably Opera Cloud.
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current RSA and First Aid certification are preferred, but not required.
