The Role

Position: Casual Houseperson

Responsibilities:

  • General housekeeping of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Cleaning public areas such as hotel foyer, lifts, stairways and corridors.
  • Stocking and maintaining storerooms.
  • Delivering guest amenities and requests to guest rooms.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong alignment to EVT/ODE values and guest experience.
