Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive growth across key digital channels including social media, display, programmatic, SEO, SEM, email, and affiliate marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate on impactful campaigns and content initiatives that elevate brand desirability, boost ecommerce sales, and grow market share. You'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute strategies that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing. They will be proficient in Google Analytics and comfortable analysing campaign data to inform optimisations. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills are also essential.

  • Develop and execute annual digital and ecommerce marketing strategy
  • Plan and implement digital marketing activities across Paid Media, SEO, SEM, EDM/CRM, and affiliate channels
  • Manage the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Coordinate external marketing efforts to maximise reach and ROI
  • Project manage B2C campaigns, overseeing content creation and asset delivery
  • Analyse campaign data and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Drive organic social media strategy for Hard Yakka and KingGee
  • Create and manage on-brand content for websites, social media, EDMs, and blogs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience planning, managing and optimising paid media campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and ability to analyse campaign data
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to brief and evaluate content
