Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to lead our global payroll operations. The successful candidate will oversee the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and financial information, drive process improvements, and optimize workflows to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Lead a global payroll team through clear leadership, fostering collaboration and getting the best out of team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team, providing development opportunities and empowering team members to innovate.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key transformation projects, ensuring seamless and compliant execution.
  • Own relationships with third-party compliance providers, ensuring continued accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Deliver reliable, complete, and transparent payroll information and analysis that supports business decision-making and maintains robust internal controls.
  • Protect employees and the company by ensuring payroll compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in payroll roles, with exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
  • Deep familiarity with payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA, and proven experience managing third-party compliance providers.
  • Experience in successfully leading or being a key member of payroll transformation project(s).
  • Experience working in hyper-growth environments and adapting payroll functions to scale rapidly.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn new jurisdiction requirements and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership style that motivates, engages, and develops teams in complex environments.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong internal controls to ensure financial information reliability and protect company assets.
