Job Title: Payroll Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Payroll Senior Associate to join our global team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Head of Global Mobility Services.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in payroll.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a global mobility context.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with global payroll platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English, Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages relevant to our clients' regions.
