Job DescriptionThe Clinical Educator will lead supervision and professional development initiatives for students and early-career clinicians, supporting their growth and contributing to high-quality youth mental health care.
This role involves working collaboratively with universities and other stakeholders to deliver training programs and resources that promote best practice in mental health care.
The successful candidate will have strong skills in assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions, as well as experience working with young people, including managing risk and crisis responses.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- a minimum of three years' post-qualification clinical experience in Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy;
- strong skills in assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions;
- proven experience working with young people, including managing risk and crisis responses;
- ability to mentor and support early-career practitioners in a collaborative team setting.
