The opportunity: Open Minds is offering an exciting opportunity to join our headspace Strathpine team as a Clinical Educator.

This part-time role (0.4 FTE, 15.2 hours per week) is contracted until 28 February 2027.

As Clinical Educator, you will lead supervision and professional development initiatives for students and early-career clinicians, supporting evidence-based practice and contributing to high-quality youth mental health care.

This role reports to the Clinical Lead and is based at our well-established headspace centre in Strathpine.

About You You're passionate about developing emerging clinicians and supporting young people through inclusive, evidence-based mental health care.

You communicate with clarity and warmth, and you enjoy being in collaborative settings where learning and growth are central.

Whether leading supervision sessions or building relationships with universities, you bring energy, insight, and a genuine desire to make an impact.

You bring: At least three years' post-qualification clinical experience in Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions Proven experience working with young people, including managing risk and crisis responses Ability to mentor and support early-career practitioners in a collaborative team setting Experience (or a keen interest) in clinical supervision, and eligibility for Board Approved Supervisor status.
