About the Role

This position plays a vital role in providing clinical services to adults in correctional centres.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering assessments and interventions that support mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of harm to self or others, including acute or chronic risk
  • Provide education on mental health conditions, symptoms, and treatment options
  • Develop and deliver individual or group-based interventions aimed at building coping skills and resilience

As a member of our team, you will have access to professional supervision, development, and supportive leadership. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and individuals in custody to provide quality clinical services.

The successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of psychopathology, diagnostic classification systems, and clinical assessment tools.
