SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central Payroll
Location: Macquarie Park / Hybrid
Full-Time | 12 Month Contract

Play a key role in shaping payroll operations through the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. We're looking for an experienced EC Payroll Consultant to lead the delivery of high-impact payroll solutions that support business compliance, efficiency, and performance.

About the Role
As part of the SAP SuccessFactors team, you'll work closely with HR, IT, and payroll stakeholders to design, configure and enhance the payroll platform. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into effective system solutions, optimising the Payroll Control Centre, and driving continuous improvements in payroll processes.

You'll bring deep knowledge of SAP Payroll, hands-on configuration experience, and a clear understanding of Australian payroll legislation. This is a hands-on delivery role with strong business exposure, where your work will directly influence payroll accuracy, compliance and user experience.

About You
You're an experienced SAP functional consultant who thrives on solving complex payroll problems and delivering outcomes that support operational excellence. You're confident managing stakeholder expectations, working through ambiguity, and proactively identifying opportunities for system and process improvement.

You will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions

  • Strong hands-on configuration skills in wage types, schemas, and payroll rules

  • A deep understanding of Australian payroll requirements

  • Experience with the Payroll Control Centre (PCC)

  • Ability to support end-to-end payroll operations, issue resolution, and testing

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Knowledge of upcoming SuccessFactors roadmap items and a mindset of continuous learning
