Job Description:

Lifestyle Officers will work closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, and design activities that suit their physical, social, and recreational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging activities for our residents
  • Assist in creating and implementing activity calendars
  • Promote activities within our village and local community
  • Update resident care plans and maintain accurate documentation

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care
  • A genuine interest in caring for seniors and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Demonstrated experience working with people living with dementia
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
