Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Lifestyle Coordinator.
About the Role- Design and deliver engaging activities tailored to our residents' interests, abilities, and needs.
- Work collaboratively with the lifestyle team to create a calendar of events that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
- Promote activities available within the village and local community to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Update care plans and maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care.
- A genuine interest in and commitment to caring for seniors.
- Experience working with people living with dementia is highly regarded.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Work with a reputable provider known for delivering high-quality aged care services.
