Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors? We are seeking a Lifestyle Officer to join our team in providing engaging activities and enhancing the lives of our residents.

The Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering activities tailored to residents' interests. You will assist in preparing, evaluating, and implementing the activities calendar, promoting activities within the village and local community. You will also update care plans and complete relevant documentation.

  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to diverse resident needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • A genuine interest in caring for seniors.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly working with people living with dementia.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
