Enterprise Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned customer-facing leader to drive cloud transformation for our enterprise clients. As an Enterprise Service Manager at AWS Professional Services, you will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive cloud adoption, modernization, and optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business and technical requirements.
- Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services, guiding customers along the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation to accelerate their business goals.
- Prepare and present strategic proposals to customer C-Suite executives and create commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Actively identify and pursue new professional services opportunities within your customer portfolio, contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams of AWS technical specialists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements.
- Assist in the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies based on customer and market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the AWS service roadmap, new product launches, and emerging cloud trends to advise customers on strategic technology decisions.

Requirements- 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience
- 10+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience
- 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience
- 10+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
