Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our hotel's operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire guest experience from reservation through to departure. This includes managing the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.

You will also be responsible for assisting with the management of operational costs, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the hotel.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of hospitality operations and be able to think creatively to resolve problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Assist with the management of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the hotel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
