Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished senior change leader to drive strategic direction for Airport Operations change management and continuous improvement at Qantas.

  • Develop and enhance the skills of others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, continuous improvement, and communications within operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Change, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in driving successful change initiatives, with expertise in strategic planning, governance, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong people leadership abilities, with a focus on building effective working relationships and influencing stakeholders.
